Gacha - Surprise Artwork ExperienceThis is a no-communication commission. The final artwork will be based on my artistic interpretation and aesthetic choices, drawing from the key visual references and ideas you provide. I will send periodic updates on the progress, but there will be no back-and-forth communication regarding changes or revisions.To be quoted on a project-based2-4 weeks

* You may opt to pay in a currency other than VND (e.g. USD). Such payments will be converted to your preferred currency at the foreign exchange rate announced by Vietcombank on the day I send you the quotation.

Order Process

• Phase 1: Client provides ideas/references → Concept finalizationPlease provide the type of your commission (e.g., lineart, illustration, character design, portrait, half body, etc.), a detailed brief of rendering styles, poses, color mood, background, reference photos, idea description, pet, ornament, weapon, timeline, etc., plus anything you deem necessary for me to understand your requirement. A quotation will then be provided accordingly.• Phase 2: Rough sketch → Feedback/minor edits → Conclude (and payment of the remaining fee, if applicable)Free fix Rough sketch up to 03 times. Any fixes after that will be charged at the rate of 10% of the total fee and will be paid after the respective fix is completed.• Phase 3: Value/color sketch → Feedback/minor edits → ConcludeFree fix Value/color sketch up to 01 time. Any fixes after that will be charged at the rate of 10% of the total fee and will be paid after the respective fix is completed• Phase 4: Details rendering → Final preview → Client approval → High-res file delivery (PSD/PNG)Fixing during this Phase is not accepted. Final artwork will be delivered digitally in RGB, 300 dpi, JPG or PNG format (two versions: watermarked and non-watermarked).

• The above phases can be adjusted or waived depending on the nature of each commission.

Payment

1. Payment method: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or Momo.2. Payment process: After accepting the quotation, you can choose ONE of the following payment options:(i) Pay in full: Your project will be given priority and I will start work immediately; OR,(ii) 50% upfront fee: This secures your spot. The remaining 50% is due within one (01) day after the Rough sketch in Phase 2 is completed. Please note that this option does not apply to Monochrome Lineart and Massive Gestures Lineart.3. Any additional fixing charges (if applicable) must be paid without delay as specified in the Order Process.4. Failure to receive any payment within three (03) days of the due date will result in the termination of your commission. If you expect a delay, please inform me as soon as possible.5. If you cancel the commission, you will get an 80% refund if the Rough sketch Phase 2 has not started yet, or a 50% refund if the Value/color Sketch Phase 3 has not started yet. No refund will be given once Phase 3 is completed.6. If I cancel the commission at any phase, you will receive a 100% refund.

General Terms of Services

1. Provision of detailed references, character descriptions, color/style preferences, deadlines, and so on is essential for proceeding with a successful commission. Unclear briefs or requests beyond my capabilities may be declined.2. My work provided to you at all stages is not for commercial purposes. If you intend to use them for commercial purposes, please let me know in advance. A commercial commission fee of 2.5 times the original payment will be applied.3. Due to the nature and styles of each artist being completely different, the final rendered product may differ slightly from the original references and the value/color sketch phase. We will thus conclude the mutual understanding in each phase and proceed accordingly. However, if the misalignment still occurs, you may request to change them to your desire with a small fee (if any) specified in each Stage.4. Please note that the Completion time is not a fixed deadline. It is an estimate that may be adjusted based on any changes to the commission's scope, such as revisions to ideas, references, or other new requirements that affect the complexity or nature of the artwork.5. Do not edit/trace/generate AI with my work.6. Do not use my drafts to commission others, or to use as your artwork.7. Please credit me when posting my work on social media.8. I retain full copyright, including the right to use commissions to build my portfolio/post WIPs, finals on my social accounts, and other promotional use. Editing or resale is prohibited without my prior agreement.9. Please notify your intent beforehand if a private commission is required. Artwork will be kept private upon request.
